Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate floor staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience in line with Rockpool's service standards.
  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service and attention to detail at all times.
  • Support ongoing training of team members to uphold excellence in hospitality.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, proactively resolving issues to maintain a premium dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to drive service efficiency and meet business objectives.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Supervisor or management role in a fine dining environment.
  • Ability to supervise, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest service.
  • A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
  • Sound understanding of responsible service of alcohol and licensing regulations.
