Duty Manager/ Supervisor

Local House Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager / Supervisor to join our team on a casual or part-time basis. As a busy and growing hospitality venue, we require a hands-on professional who can support operations, lead staff, and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage front-of-house operations during service
- Supervise, support, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer service
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and venue policies
- Complete end-of-shift procedures and reporting
- Minimum 3 years' bar and floor experience (essential)
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality (essential)
- Availability to work weekends and night shifts
- Current RSA certification
- Valid Police Clearance (mandatory)
- Two recent professional references
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
