Front Desk Receptionist

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide a welcoming first point of contact for clients and all public inquiries, both in person and by telephone.
- Develop strong and positive relationships with the internal MS Team, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Maintain a clean office environment.
- Processing incoming mail (electronic through Virtual Cabinets or paper mail)
- Accepting payments for invoices etc (cash, cheques and EFTPOS transactions)
- Proactive ownership and management of office maintenance and ordering.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Manage all aspects of our online file storage system, Virtual Cabinets

**Experience**:
Essential:

- Previous experience in a reception role
- Intermediate to advanced ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable:

- Professional services or Accountancy experience
- Exposure to Virtual Cabinets and/or APS
