The position:

Hurricane's Grill and Bar is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Casual Grill and Seafood Chefs/Cooks to join our fast paced kitchen in Bondi Beach

Required skills & attributes:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated, driven & energetic
  • Team player
  • Effective time management skills
  • Must be passionate about delivering high quality food, beverage & service standards
  • Flexible availability – week days/nights and weekends
  • Experience with safety procedures when using chemicals
  • Ability to enforce work health and safety practices
  • Well presented with a friendly disposition
  • Cert III or IV in commercial cookery would be advantageous
