Ear Science Institute Australia is a leading not-for-profit medical research institute, dedicated to improving the lives of people with ear and hearing disorders through world-class research, innovative clinical services, and education.

Through our national network of Lions Hearing Clinics, our Ear Science Implant Clinic and Ear Science Surgical Facility, we generate vital funding to support our globally recognised research, delivering treatments for today and paving the way for the cures of tomorrow.

We are seeking a talented and driven Campaign Specialist to lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns which engage our community, strengthen our brand, and drive measurable results.

About the role:

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced Campaign Specialist to join a purpose-driven organisation where your work will directly improve lives.

Working closely with the National Manager, Clinical Services, and the broader Ear Science team, you will combine your marketing expertise with creativity and data driven thinking to bring our brand to life across a range of platforms. If you are someone who loves shaping campaigns from concept through to execution – and wants to make a real difference – this is the role for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end campaigns across traditional, digital, social media, email, and web to engage key audiences and build brand awareness.
  • Apply customer journey mapping and UX principles to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Leverage analytics and data insights to track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator, Communications Specialist, and agencies to align messaging and campaign goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets, assets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

About You:

  • 4–6 years' experience in a similar marketing or campaign focussed role
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, customer journey mapping, and UX.
  • Proficient with CMS, email marketing, automation tools, and paid advertising platforms. Previous experience using Active Campaign will be highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Analytical, creative, and highly organised.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
