Spano Group is an award winning independent family supermarket retailer with over 30 years retailing experience, currently looking for a Qualified Butcher to join their meat department in our Warwick IGA store.

About The Role

We are currently seeking a qualified Butcher to commence immediately. This hands-on role will suit a fit, energetic person looking for a secure position within the supermarket industry. From preparing and presenting prime cuts and providing exceptional customer service this position is a pivotal role within the store.

Key Tasks

  • Must be a trade qualified butcher and ideally with experience in either supermarket or an independent Butcher shop.
  • Deliver high retail standards within the Meat department
  • Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures.
  • Operating in a safe manner observing workplace health & safety procedures.
  • Be customer focused.

Applicants will have some flexibility to work suitable shifts over a 7 day period.

The successful applicant must be able to provide a copy of their Trade Qualifications.
