Our shop is busy and fast-paced, handling a wide variety of butchering tasks daily.

Position Details:

  • Full-time role with overtime hours available

  • 3rd-year apprentices considered

  • Australian citizen essential

  • Must have reliable transport and a valid licence

What We Expect From You:

  • Proven experience in butchering, including high-end and gourmet products is highly desirable

  • Strong attention to detail for precise cutting and presentation

  • Excellent customer service skills to assist and educate customers

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards diligently

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and products

Your Role Will Include:

  • Preparing a variety of meat cuts with precision and care

  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge

  • Assisting in stock management and shop display

  • Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
