About the Role

We are seeking a hands on Marketing Co-ordinator to work with our management team out of our head office in Tuggerah.

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and has great organisational skills, to assist in the planning and execution of multi channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, sms and print platforms.

Ideally, you will have 2-3 years experience in a fast paced marketing role and are proficient in managing a marketing calendar; implementing, executing, reporting on and tracking campaigns.

You will be comfortable with technology and have experience in social media content creation, planning and scheduling. You will have some experience in digital creation. Canva / Adobe experience and authentic, simple video and phone content creation skills will be highly regarded.

We need a clear communicator with strong written and visual skills who is good working with people, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and is proactive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management and implementation of the Marketing calendar.
  • Execute, manage, analyse & report on various campaigns.
  • Content capture, creation, planning and scheduling for digital, social media & google campaigns.
  • Develop and execute CRM / Email marketing campaigns
  • Co-ordination of campaigns across all channels
  • Source & manage marketing materials.
  • Liaise with our SEO/SEM partners and agencies
  • Manage google my business pages and our review program
