We are currently looking for a Case Manager to join our Women's Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service in Broken Hill.

The Case Manager is responsible for delivering high quality case management activities to provide intensive, longer-term support to women who have experienced or who are experiencing domestic and family violence and have complex needs.

The Case Manager will also establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and networks with key stakeholders to ensure effective service referral pathways.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Strong experience in the domestic violence, homelessness or other related sector
  • Case management experience with at risk cohorts with a trauma background
  • Experience in working with clients from highly diverse backgrounds, particularly Aboriginal clients.
  • Ability to work with clients in a capacity building approach so clients build the skills to better respond to escalating situations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with other service providers and use those relationships to better serve clients and improve outcomes.
  • Qualifications in social work, social welfare, community services or similar

The Case Manager is classified as a Level 5.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $101,047 gross per annum. This will increase on an annual basis in line with the pay points in the Award. As Housing Plus is a Not for Profit organisation, we have access to excellent salary sacrifice options to increase your take home pay
