Are you an experienced payroll officer ready to take on a dynamic role in a growing organisation?

Due to client demand and business growth we are seeking Payroll Officers, Payroll Specialists, Payroll Administrators and Payroll People to join teams across a variety of industries. These roles offer the chance to work hands-on with high-volume, end-to-end payroll and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing payroll end-to-end across weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay cycles
  • Managing high-volume payroll and multiple pay streams
  • Interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements, awards and payroll legislation
  • Troubleshooting payroll issues and resolving queries for employees
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting reporting activities
  • Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations

What You'll Bring

  • Proven payroll experience in complex, multi-cycle, high-volume environments
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Experience with payroll systems such as SAP, Employment Hero, MYOB or similar
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Flexibility to work in full-time or contract assignments
