Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to strengthen brand presence.
  • Identify market trends and create tailored strategies to maximise growth.
  • Drive new business opportunities and strategically grow the rent roll.
  • Work closely with a collaborative and supportive property management team.
  • Work across Stonnington and Yarra councils, with a focus on Stonnington's Armadale, Malvern & Glen Iris.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate as a Business Development Manager with a strong track record of results.
  • Great opportunity for a Property Manager who likes listing and wants to step into a full BDM role.
  • Must hold a current Agent's Rep Certificate, Driver's License, and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to consistently achieve targets while presenting professionally.
  • A proactive and driven approach with a genuine passion for real estate growth.
