Who We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
  • AHPRA registration for Occupational Therapy, SPA registration for Speech pathology.
  • At least 18 months experience of working as an allied health professional.
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS worker screening check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with evidence-based practice and teamwork
  • Commitment to a positive, collaborative workplace culture
  • Legal entitlement to work in Australia.

Desirable:

  • Experience with children (0-12 years) with disabilities/developmental delays (e.g., Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay)
  • Play-based assessment and intervention skills
  • Transdisciplinary and Key Worker experience
  • Knowledge of assistive technology
  • Family-Centred Practice expertise
  • Inclusion support in early childhood, schools, or community settings
  • Supervision experience
  • NDIS service provision experience
