We're seeking caring, reliable, and open-minded Support Workers to provide person-centred support for amazing participants across Cessnock, Maitland, Newcastle, and Lake Macquarie.

What You'll Do

  • Support independence, dignity, and daily living
  • Provide personal and complex care (training provided)
  • Offer community access and companionship
  • Work across flexible shifts – days, evenings, weekends, and overnights

Worried About Your Experience? No Problem

Our ops team and Clinical Care Educator will train and support you in:

  • Mobility and manual handling
  • PEG feeding, catheter, bowel, and tracheostomy care
  • Supporting behaviours with empathy and calm.
