About Us
Roam Distillery is a family-owned, certified organic and biodynamic distillery on a 25-acre farm in Morangup, WA. We craft small-batch gin, vodka, limoncello, and limited-edition whisky using sustainably grown, chemical-free produce.
Join our team as a Chef and bring our seasonal, local ingredients to life with dishes that perfectly complement our handcrafted spirits. You'll help create memorable experiences for visitors who come for our welcoming atmosphere, exceptional drinks, and flavour-packed food. The Role
We're looking for a Chef to join our team and bring creativity, consistency and passion to our food service. You'll work across café, cellar door and events, preparing quality dishes that celebrate local produce.
What You'll Do
- Design menus that showcase the best of seasonal, local produce.
- Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard during weekend service, events, and functions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen, following strict food safety and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate closely with our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and ordering to keep operations running smoothly.
- Work flexibly, including weekends and events.
About You
- Minimum 1-2 years of cooking/chef experience required
- Must hold recognised food safety certification
- Reliable, positive and able to work under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills
- Must have Australian work authorisation
