At , we've launched an independent, trauma-informed reporting platform for bullying, harassment, and discrimination. In under one year, 20 clients are using our platform to act early, respond safely, and rebuild trust.

Now we scale with AI that understands context, culture, and risk so HR teams respond faster, fairer, and with care.

Join as our Founding Engineer, leading AI integration and product evolution. You won't inherit a roadmap – you'll write it. You decide what gets built, how it scales, and what ethical AI looks like in practice. You work directly with the founder, Prabha Nandagopal, to shape technology that upholds dignity at work.

What you'll do

·      Lead AI integration across the platform.

·      Design and implement intelligent systems that enhance insight, safety, and decision-making.

·      Embed ethical, trauma-informed design in every technical choice.

·      Shape the AI roadmap to ensure accuracy, trust, and cultural relevance.

What you'll bring

·      Experience applying AI/ML to live products.
