Founding Engineer

to join their exceptional team.

They are scaling incredibly fast, doubling every other month. You'll get to figure out how to scale an AI product with millions of users.

This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity (with much more information to follow).

What you'll be doing:

  • You get to work on scaling problems at the frontier of AI. Deploying open source chat, audio, image and video models.
  • They rent their own GPUs and design their own workflows instead of just wrapping public APIs - and they train their own models where it makes sense.
  • Use cutting edge technology even in the non-AI space (e.g. Temporal, Planetscale for our database, etc).
  • Shipping at rapid speed, end-to-end / fullstack
  • Architecting scalable back-end systems
  • Implementing robust, performant APIs for real-time data processing of a massive, unstructured data ocean
  • Managing modern data infrastructure
  • Focusing on infrastructure and security for core back-end systems

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Excitement for challenges that are "improbable" and a willingness to be on the tools.
  • Demonstrated Scalability Expertise and high-level architectural responsibility.
  • Experience with data management/migration
  • Experience managing cloud environments and development pipelines
