Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kalbarri, WA for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality seafood dishes, assisting with menu development, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring food safety standards are met, and managing kitchen staff. The role involves working closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in preparing and cooking seafood dishes
  • Ability to assist in menu development and innovation
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Formal culinary training is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
