Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised support to our clients, assisting them in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, household tasks, and medication management.
  • Support clients in accessing community activities and social engagements.
  • Implement individualised support plans and document progress.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
