The Company
This fantastic temporary opportunity exists with offices in the South Eastern suburbs. The NFP organisation focuses on the management and support of local land management, environmental protection and strategic planning.
The Role
This temporary scheduling opportunity available within the business support space. With a background in administration, office coordination, rostering or scheduling, your day to day duties could include:
- Handle calls from builders, developers, and end-users to schedule bookings and discuss repairs
- Review and act on follow-ups with technicians and subcontractors
- Reschedule jobs and manage pending works
- Respond to emails handle queries and make bookings
- Finalise technician and subcontractor queues to ensure effective scheduling
- Provide general administration support to the team
What you will need to succeed?
- Experience in a similar administration/team/office administrator/scheduling/rostering position within corporate and NFP environments
- A bubbly, easy going approach with great organisational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Enthusiastic and a "can-do" attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment with a willingness to jump in and help
- A current WWCC is highly desirable but not essential
