About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Development Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery large greenfield subdivision projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in development and project management, land development or community estate management who thrives in a dynamic, project-based environment. You will manage planning and development consultant teams, community stakeholders, and service providers. The role involves overseeing greenfield development projects from rezoning to delivery


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage planning and development of greenfield subdivision sites.
  • Support handover processes from construction to community management
  • Coordinate and plan for future services to greenfield sites, such as power, water and sewer.
  • Coordinating consultants and other stakeholders with respect to greenfield projects
  • Being the primary point of contact with various levels and sectors of government.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of the project.

About You

· Experience in development management, particularly with greenfield development projects.

· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

· Understanding of land development processes

· Able to interpret basic property documents, plans or covenants

· Highly organised with strong administration and follow-up skills

· Confident working on active development sites when required

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and property/project systems

· Current driver's license and reliable vehicle required
