Key Objectives

Champion safety across the warehouse

Ensure timely and high-quality dispatch of corporate orders

Manage returns and re-deliveries with care

Drive continuous improvement in dispatch operations

What You'll Be Doing

Print and process orders from Machship for HGA & Maggie Beer websites

Oversee picking and dispatch for corporate customers—including ribbon printing, tying, card production, and sleeves

Book deliveries with couriers and manage the dispatch flow

Organise orders into tubs for the picking team

Coordinate with ribbon printers to keep things on schedule

Handle returns, reworks, and re-deliveries (RMA's), including system updates, customer communication, and invoicing

Liaise with corporate sales and customer service teams to meet client expectations

Provide reporting as needed

What You Bring

Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment (especially during peak periods)

Solid time management and basic computer skills

Bonus points for knowledge of Excel, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, Shopify, and Machship

Leadership experience is a plus—especially around Christmas
