**The Company**
Our client is a global brand and a household name They are a well-established organization and are coming into their busiest period. They are actively seeking a Office Administrator to assist in an administration and customer service based role.

**The Role**
As a Logistics Team Leader you will have 3 direct reports. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Responsible for MHIAA Logistics Team performance
- Proactively monitor and manage all shipment schedules, ensure they are up to date and reported on weekly
- Responsible for the reconciliation of 3PL invoices
- Process insurance claims
- Be the key point of contact for customer care & stakeholders escalations
- Participate in the procurement process for all suppliers, MOUs, contracts, and be an integral part in assisting with process improvement
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday
- **Salary**: $85,000 + Superannuation
- **Location**: Regents Park area

- **2+ years’ experience within a similar role preferred**:

- **Air/sea freight experience required**:

- **Experience supervising**:

- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent time management, organisational & communication skills
