Receiving & Dispatch Administrators - Warehouse Operations | Erskine Park

We're looking for two experienced Receiving and Dispatch Administrators to join our client's busy warehouse team in Erskine Park

Perfect for candidates with strong logistics admin experience who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily receiving and dispatch schedules.
  • Accurately process and enter data into warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Use RF scanners to record and verify stock movements.
  • Prepare and reconcile shipping and receiving documentation (manifests, dockets, stock transfers).
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service to ensure on-time dispatch and receipt.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve shipment discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Coordinate workflow between warehouse, transport, and admin teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics receiving/dispatch admin role.
  • Proficient with RF scanners and WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Pronto, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Role Details:

  • Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm (flexible)
  • Pay Rate: $37.13 per hour
  • Location: Erskine Park
  • Start: Immediate
