**About the role**

As a Dispatcher you will work with a team of motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to effectively allocating jobs to Tow Truck Operators (TTOs) to allow the best possible level of service to be provided to customers, ensuring our customers receive timely service every time. You will all so be responsible for ensuring end to end delivery and maintenance of the highest level.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Plan and dispatch trucks in accordance with customer timeframes and workloads.
- Responding to incoming calls with exceptional level of customer service.
- Proactively maintaining a positive can-do relationship with customers and drivers.
- Finding common ground with Tow Truck Operators (TTOs)
- Ensure timely manner of job allocation in consultation with the other team members.
- Support customer service queries and providing updates and ETAs.
- Managing and handling all customer enquiries, quotes, and job bookings.
- Effectively allocating jobs to Tow Truck Operators.
- Previous experience in similar position (preferred)
- Experience in dispatching and allocation of jobs, preferably in the transport industry
- Ability to build a strong relationship with Tow Truck Operators (TTOs).
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Tech savvy; quick to learn new programs.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate and work well with all types of customers.
- Ability to muti task and prioritise in a high-pressure environment.
- Sound judgement, high level of accuracy and critical thinking.
- Ability to meet KPIs, use initiative, and be resourceful.
- Adaptable nature and ability to work as a team in a support role.
