- Location update: This role will commence at 530 Collins Street, Melbourne, and relocate to 465 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne from November 2025.

What you will be doing
- Reporting directly to Manager, Forecasting and Expenditure, this role will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining the costing framework for local government and fee-for-service election services
- Maintaining processes and rates for election products and services
- Provide advice and administrative support to the branch leadership team in relation to the preparation of budgets, reports, quotations and invoices.
What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated experience of procurement processes and costing systems within a highly regulated environment
- Understanding of and experience with fee-for-service activities
- Demonstrated ability in collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
- Commitment to the VEC's core values
