As our Pricing & Costing Coordinator, you'll play a central role in supporting our commercial and finance teams with accurate costings, well-informed pricing recommendations, and insights that help us deliver strong results.

You'll gain exposure across the business, working closely with sales, operations, and finance, and you'll see first-hand how your work influences both our bottom line and our customer relationships.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and review costings for products, projects, and services to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Support the development of pricing models that balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Partner with sales and operations to understand cost drivers and commercial impacts.
  • Maintain and improve pricing tools, data, and processes for efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide reporting and insights to the Commercial Finance team and business leaders.

What you'll bring

  • A background in finance, accounting, business analysis, or similar role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills - you enjoy working with data to solve problems.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Clear communication skills - you can explain cost and pricing concepts in a way that makes sense to non-finance colleagues.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach - you enjoy working across teams and building relationships.
