We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team in Brisbane. This is a high-impact, field-based role managing an established territory across Southeast Queensland, with the opportunity to make a real difference in Aged Care.

THE ROLE

As Territory Manager, you will drive business growth and build lasting relationships by managing a portfolio of Aged Care clients in Southeast Queensland - delivering tailored, high-quality solutions to meet customer needs and enhance value.

This results driven role offers the opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and expand market presence as Active Medical continues to grow. You will nurture customer accounts and expand your territory, with regular travel throughout the region - from Gold Coast to Gympie, including the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane metro areas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Grow Territory
    – Constantly engage with existing and new prospects through sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to proactively generate leads and identify opportunities to grow your territory.

  • Manage Accounts
    – Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business and increase retention and loyalty. Provide expert advice and client support, ensuring ongoing engagement and portfolio development.

  • Territory Planning
    – Align daily activities with proactive lead generation strategies and follow up on all opportunities to maintain an accurate pipeline. Use this data to drive forecasting and informed decision making, to maximise results and market presence.

  • Team Collaboration

  • Work alongside the team to coordinate strategies, share insights, action customer requests and support collective goals. Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture while maintaining independence and accountability in your territory.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Experience:
    4+ years in sales/business development with a track record in sales success.
  • Aged Care / Healthcare Knowledge:
    Familiarity with clinical products and Aged Care sales preferred.
  • Worker Screening:
    Must hold COVID vaccination and Driver's License; willing to obtain NDIS Clearance, Police Check, and Blue Card.
  • Physically Capable
    : Able to safely handle manual tasks and equipment loading/unloading.
  • Respectful & Professional
    : Well-presented, strong communicator, committed to ethical client interactions that build trust and rapport.
  • Passionate:
    Genuine commitment to caring for people and delivering quality solutions.
