With a network of branches across the country, Corefleet has become a supplier of choice in the provision of light commercial vehicle rental, lease, including set-up and maintenance, for the mining, oil and gas and civil construction sectors.

**About the role**

As **Fleet Account Manager** you will be reporting to the National Sales and Operations Manager. This position will be based out of Brisbane with regular travel across Queensland and Northern Territory. This position plays a pivotal role in developing long-term relationships with a specific customer, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This will involve a detailed understanding of the customers business and their fleet related requirements.

**What you'll be doing**
- Proactively manage a specific fleet account, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of vehicles and other fleet services
- Analyse fleet data and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships
- Contribute to the development of fleet management strategies and initiatives

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a fleet management or account management role
- Strong understanding of all aspects of a fleet operation and the automotive industry/vehicles/accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify insights and make strategic recommendations
- Qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related discipline advantageous
