The Opportunity  

Join a values-driven school community as a School Officer: Administration (Finance and Enrolments), where your attention to detail and financial processing skills will support the smooth operation of school finances and onboarding of new enrolments. Working closely with school leadership and the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office, you will contribute to a mission-focused environment that values dignity, potential, and life. About You

• Brings a high level of attention to detail and experience working in an administration setting.

• Certificate qualification in bookkeeping or a related field will be highly regarded.

• Previous experience working in a school context will be highly regarded.

• Hold a current Paid Blue Card for working with children issued by Blue Card Services or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencing in this role.
