We are seeking a detail-oriented and process focused Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of an enterprise-wide digital uplift program. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations across projects, with a focus on coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder support.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Scrum teams, and delivery partners across platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle PeopleSoft, helping to embed sustainable improvements and uplift enterprise capability uplift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and distribute Steering Committee (SteerCo) packs.
  • Capture and circulate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate project documentation, registers, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist Project Managers in monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintain project schedules and support governance reporting.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure updates are clear, timely, and accurate.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or support, working in a digital program or enterprise IT environment.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and distributing SteerCo packs.
  • Capturing and circulating meeting minutes and actions.
  • Ability to create dashboards (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
  • Coordinating project documentation and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Previous experience supporting Scrum or Agile delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms and delivery partners would be desirable (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft, Salesforce)
