Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses as well as AIN professionals to join our Community Health team in the Caboolture to Bribie Island Area. You will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our community members. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, overnight care, monitoring patient health conditions, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in home nursing care and support to clients in the community.
- Assist with patient assessments, care plans, and health education.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA (Enrolled Nurses) or
- Cert III in Aged Care (AIN's)
- Experience in community health or a similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- Current police check within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain
