We are requiring a qualified technician who can service our customers by:

• Providing relevant and detailed diagnostic and repair information to owners.
• Ensuring that repairs are undertaken at a very high level of efficiency and productivity.
• Diagnostic experience across a wide range of Mazda and other manufacturer systems and components
• Ensuring very accurate time clocking and allocation of labour to individual tasks.

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Automotive Technician
• Master Technician qualification (highly regarded)
• Manufacturer Technician qualifications (highly regarded)
• Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge
• Can do attitude and a willingness to help everyone
• Direct involvement in delivering customer service excellence
• Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
• Able to comply with manufacturer and dealership repair processes, policies and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a team environment & contribute to dealership goals/targets
• The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Ability to mentor apprentices
• Drivers license mandatory
• Able to drive auto and manual vehicles
• Reliable and consistent in nature
