ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Polisher/Detailer to join the team in Pinkenba. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe work environment. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Inspecting vehicles for paint defects, imperfections, or damage prior to polishing or detailing
  • Performing paint correction techniques such as denibbing, buffing, and polishing to remove surface imperfections and achieve a high-quality finish
  • Using appropriate tools and equipment such as dual-action polishers, rotary buffers, de-nibbing blocks, pressure washers, and vacuums
  • Detailing vehicles inside and out, including washing, vacuuming, and cleaning glass, trims, and surfaces
  • Ensuring all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
  • Maintaining a tidy workspace and correctly disposing of waste materials
  • Assisting with general workshop tasks or supporting other team members when required

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Buffing/Polishing experience is essential.
  • Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
  • Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
  • Valid Driver's Licence
