We're looking for a Contracts Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in overseeing NHVR's contractual arrangements. In this role, you'll manage the full contract lifecycle—from negotiating terms and ensuring compliance to monitoring performance and resolving disputes. Your work will ensure our contracts are strategically aligned and deliver real, measurable value.

Reporting to the Manager – Procurement and Contracts, this position is instrumental in strengthening supplier relationships, mitigating risk, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Draft, negotiate, execute, monitor, renew, and close out contracts
- Provide expert advice on contract terms and compliance
- Resolve disputes and non-compliance issues
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues
- Maintain a centralised contract repository (Vendor Panel)
- Report on contract status, expiries, renewals, and risks
- Develop and implement contract frameworks and templates
- Collaborate with procurement to improve cost and process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with WH&S and NHVR policies

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- 5+ years in contract management or procurement
- Degree in Supply, Procurement, Business, Commerce, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of contract management principles
