Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions (in-person and virtual)
  • Assist with onboarding processes and induction portal integration
  • Support the rollout of new client portals, processes, and procedures
  • Prepare employees for upcoming client projects
  • Maintain accurate training and compliance records across multiple systems
  • Identify training needs and recommend improvements
  • Track training completion and ensure data integrity
  • Conduct compliance audits and monitor certification expiries
  • Update training materials to meet changing compliance requirements
  • Gather employee feedback to enhance training programs
  • Maintain up-to-date HR and personnel records
  • Act as the primary contact for training and compliance-related queries

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
  • Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to constant changes in workload.
  • Proficient time management skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Adaptability to a changing work environment.
