Your Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations at our Cockburn store, ensuring top-tier customer service and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service and expert product advice
  • Lead, train, and inspire your team to achieve excellence
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
  • Oversee rosters, administration, and store presentation
  • Drive sales, local marketing, and social media initiatives
  • Meet and exceed store KPIs and performance targets

What You Bring
  • Proven experience in retail management
  • Strong background in sales and customer service
  • A track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Experience in supplements, health foods, or related industries (highly regarded)
  • Solid knowledge of sports nutrition and wellness products
  • Nutrition and/or fitness qualifications (a plus)
  • Tech-savvy with basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
