Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Mobilisations end to end.
  • Coordinate site requirements and ensure accurate submission of Mobilisation Packs to clients.
  • Liaise with clients, employees, and subcontractors to facilitate successful mobilisations.
  • Manage travel and accommodation logistics.
  • Ensure meticulous data entry using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Deliver outstanding, proactive, and responsive customer communication and services.
  • Maintain mobilisation spreadsheets with precision
  • Administrate compliance documents including renaming and filing

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
  • Sound knowledge of Northwest & Goldfields Regions would be preferred.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to constant changes in workload.
  • Proficient time management skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Adaptability to a changing work environment.
