Emplify Homes Pty Ltd is an expanding custom home-building company based in the Western suburbs of Sydney. As we continue to grow, we're excited to offer a part-time opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be an essential link in supporting residential construction projects from initial planning through to completion. Working alongside our project managers and site teams, you'll help keep each build running efficiently—ensuring timelines are met, budgets are maintained, and quality remains at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare tenders, quotes, and contract documents
  • Work closely with the selections team to track and manage client choices
  • Support day-to-day site coordination and monitor project progress
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow
  • Assist with project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Qualification in Civil Construction, Building, or Construction Design
  • Understanding of residential site operations and construction processes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
  • Solid organisational, procurement, and problem-solving abilities
  • A motivated individual looking to grow their career and step into greater responsibility over time
