Structural Revit Drafter

**Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise Revit and AutoCAD software to produce detailed structural drawings, models, and documentation for raised access floors, structural ceilings, and data centre containment systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of drawings to ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Generate material take-offs and assist in the preparation of project proposals and estimates.
- Support project managers in the coordination and communication of design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in drafting technology, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural drafting, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
