Job duties:
  • Contributing to strategic planning and periodic review of production and office operations, setting priorities aligned with company standards as the world's leading custom food truck manufacturer.
  • Coordinating and allocating human resources, manufacturing space, and technical equipment to meet project timelines and client specifications.
  • Assigning daily tasks to staff across departments and monitoring performance to ensure production quality and operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of custom food truck production, from client request to final delivery, including direct involvement in core manufacturing activities such as metal cutting, steel bending, and stainless steel fabrication.
  • Managing office and production records, job costing, and procurement accounts to ensure smooth operations and financial accuracy.
  • Supervising the installation of complex electrical and LED lighting systems, kitchen equipment, and linear actuators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and engineering standards.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external professionals (including suppliers, clients, and contractors) to coordinate business activities and resolve production or service-related issues.
  • Ensuring that office and workshop supplies, materials, and equipment are maintained and readily available, tracking inventory, and managing procurement to prevent shortages.
  • Maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, government legislation, and industry standards across both administrative and manufacturing functions.
  • Leading recruitment, training, performance reviews, and daily supervision of staff to foster a skilled, motivated, and safety-conscious workforce.
  • Driving innovation by introducing new technologies and manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
