About the role

Auslink Transport Services' is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer to join our dynamic team. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and performance of our organisation. With our headquarters based in Campbellfield, VIC, this is a full-time position that will see you at the forefront of our continued growth and expansion.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing strategic financial leadership and oversight to support the company's overall business objectives
  • Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management
  • Collaborating with the senior management team to identify and implement initiatives that enhance profitability and operational efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions
  • Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contributing to the company's long-term strategic planning and decision-making processes

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record as a seasoned CFO or senior finance executive within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation
  • Excellent financial management skills, including expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a recognised accounting designation (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
