About us

ProHealth EP is a leading practice for Exercise Physiology in Redcliffe, QLD. With state of the art facilities including a hydrotherapy pool, reformer Pilates studio and fully equiped gym at our clinic, we are able to provide a high level of exercise physiology services for wide-spread clinical conditions. As a strong team of Exercise Physiologists, we aspire to change people's lives and empower them to live a nutritious and active lifestyles through evidence-based practice and education.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an administration assistant to join our team and help our clinic thrive The role involves casual hours with the ability to become permanent after a 3 month period.

Immediate start required.

Qualifications & experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of HICAPS and allied health government schemes such as Medicare, DVA and NDIS.
  • Previous experience in administration working with allied health professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivated, energetic, able to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, possessing strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and inspire individuals to be their best.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily tasks, including organising practitioner appointments and schedules; Processing payments; opening and closing schedules; stock and inventory control; administrative tasks
  • Working closely with the ProHealth EP to ensure efficient cross-referral pathways for all practitioners
  • Assisting with marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Proving exceptional customer service.
