You will work closly with our General Manager to ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for our team and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Manage administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures.
- Manage patient feedback and complaints effectively.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial administration in collaboration with the wider Next Practice team.
- Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives.

- Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a healthcare setting **(essential).**:

- Strong understanding of allied health and billing practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Detailed Orientation - you thrive on details and making sure everything is completed on time and done to key operational requirements. You dot your i's and cross your t's - every time
- Strong time managements skills - you continuously review priorities and work to task achievement meeting time restrictions and deadlines
