Part-time Receptionist/Concierge Service Specialist

YOU

As the face and first point of contact, we are looking for someone warm, enthusiastic, and above all, service oriented who enjoys connecting with people to create a great first impression. Experience in a Club front desk role is an added bonus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting and farewelling members and guests as they arrive and leave – setting the tone for their experience
  • Signing in members and guests as per the Club NSW regulations
  • Assisting members and guests with general enquiries, either over the phone or face to face
  • Managing cafe bookings
  • Fielding calls for other areas within the organisation
  • Process new and renewed membership applications
  • Administration duties including Newsletters, Website updates, receipting payments via MYOB
  • All other enquires, admin tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the administration office

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 32 hours per week Wednesday – Saturday
  • A people person with exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential, ensuring every guest feels valued and understood.
  • A genuine desire to assist others and create a positive guest experience,
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
