We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Rooty Hill and St Marys. In this role, you will provide compassionate, client-focused care and create meaningful connections that enrich the lives of people living with disabilities. In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
  • Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement
  • Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
  • Valid unrestricted drivers licence
  • Experience in disability support, with strongly preferred experience in complex mental health or high-risk client support
  • Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care etc.
