About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated NDIS Employment Specialist to lead compliance, quality, and participant employment outcomes across our Enterprises division.
This pivotal role will oversee the end-to-end NDIS supported employment participantlifecycle including quotes, service agreements, compliance, reporting, and individual employment plans, while providing professional leadership to the employment support team
In This Role, You Will:
Lead and manage the full NDIS participant lifecycle, from onboarding and service agreements to reporting and review.
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, audit readiness, and governance frameworks.
Provide coaching and professional development to the employment support tean to build workforce capability and consistency of practice.
Oversee Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) and measure participant progress against employment goals.
Collaborate with Finance and NDIS Coordination to maintain accurate billing, documentation, and evidence collection.
Partner with People & Culture to identify training needs and workforce development opportunities.
Build strong relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, and sector stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement, policy development, and service innovation within Enterprises.
About You
You are a confident leader with deep knowledge of the NDIS and a passion for delivering high-quality employment outcomes for people with disability. You bring strong compliance and coordination skills, paired with the ability to mentor and develop others.
You Will Have:
A relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive NDIS service delivery, support coordination, or local area coordination experience.
Proven experience in NDIS compliance, reporting, and participant lifecycle management.
Demonstrated leadership experience within disability employment or enterprise services.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, and a current driver's licence.
