  • Support the day-to-day running of programs and activities focused on Everyday Life Skills, Work and Study, Adult and Teen Recreation, and School Holidays programs.
  • Work closely with the Coordinator to support the team's success, stepping up when needed.
  • Facilitate group activities such as art, drama, music, and gardening to engage and inspire customers.
  • Assist with administration tasks, including WHS audits (fire drills, site safety inspections) to ensure a safe environment.
  • Help plan and review customer programs, providing guidance to other support workers and ensuring that the programs meet customer needs.
  • Assist with rostering in Niara, and help cover duties when the Coordinator is absent.
  • Be available from 8 am to 4 pm, ensuring consistent support throughout the day.

  • Listen, learn, and adapt to support the unique needs of each individual.
  • Create a safe, respectful space where people feel seen, valued, and supported in their personal growth.
  • Be adaptable, reliable, and ready to encourage growth, no matter the challenge.
  • Value diversityand embrace the strength in difference, ensuring every person feels respected and empowered.
