The Commonfolk Group is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Events Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. If you have a knack for meticulous planning, love engaging with people, and are adept at executing successful events, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and execution of all events
  • Develop innovative strategies to grow Commonfolk events and build lasting relationships in our community
  • Provide exceptional management and leadership to our dedicated events team
  • Maintain impeccable standards of service, coordinating with various teams to deliver seamless event experiences
  • Oversee the organisation and management of event-related stock, ensuring everything is at hand for each unique occasion

The Fine Print

The position is part-time (3 days per week), with flexibility required based on the volume of events. Additional or reduced hours may be necessary during peak and off-peak periods. The salary is $70,000 per annum (full-time equivalent) and will be paid pro rata based on hours worked. A generous bonus scheme is available for the right candidate.
