Our Team

Benetas Corowa Court in Mornington offers contemporary residential aged care in a stunning bayside location. We're seeking an Administrative Assistant on a Casual basis to provide essential support to our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working in a warm, community-focused environment.

The Role – Part-Time
  • Perform front desk and reception duties, welcoming residents, families and visitors
  • Provide administrative support to the Residential Manager and care teams
  • Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, site events and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies
  • Support coordination of tours and resident admissions when required
About You
  • Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service
  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Friendly and empathetic, with a genuine interest in supporting older people
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital systems
  • NDIS Clearance Check
