Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ground Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Rosebud. This part-time role requires working 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursdays) and involves supervising and working alongside supported employees in gardening and grounds maintenance at various customer sites. There is potential for the role to expand to 5 days per week, with a goal of achieving this by the end of the year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a small team of supported employees in grounds maintenance work.
- Create an inclusive environment for individuals with disabilities to develop their skills and confidence.
- Ensure team productivity meets customer expectations and supports employee development.
- Collaborate with another supervisor for overall maintenance at a large customer site.
- Perform hands-on grounds and gardening tasks while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Drive to the job - assess safety and WHS
- Drive crew back to base - unpack vehicle, clean equipment

**Requirements**:

- Relevant industry qualifications or similar experience.
- Proven experience leading small teams and supervising work.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Strong team focus and ability to motivate employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- NDIS Screening Workers Check clearance and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
- Willingness to work alongside individuals of all abilities.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and operations.
